Allāhumma innī aṣbaḥtu ush-hiduk, wa ush-hidu ḥamlata ʿarshik, wa malā’ikatika wa jamīʿa khalqik, an-naka Anta-llāhu lā ilāha illā Anta waḥdak, lā sharīka lak, wa anna Muḥammadan ʿabduka wa rasūluk.
O Allah, I have entered the morning, and I call upon You, the bearers of Your Throne, Your angels and all creation, to bear witness that surely You are Allah. There is no god worthy of worship except You Alone. You have no partners, and that Muḥammad ﷺ is Your slave and Your Messenger.
اے اللہ! میں نے اس حال میں صبح کی کہ میں تجھے گواہ بناتا ہوں اور تیرا عرش اٹھانے والوں کو، تیرے فرشتوں کو اور تیری تمام مخلوق کو گواہ بناتا ہوں کہ تو ہی اللہ ہے، تیرے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں، اور بیشک محمد [ﷺ] تیرے بندے اور تیرے رسول ہیں
Anas b. Malik (radi Allahu anhu) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whosoever reads the above in the morning or evening once, Allah frees a quarter of him from the Hell-fire. If he reads it twice, Allah frees half of him from the Hell-fire. If he reads it thrice, Allah frees three-quarters of him from the Hell-fire. And if he reads it four times, Allah completely frees him from the Hell-fire. (Abu Dawud 5069) Anas b. Malik (radi Allahu anhu) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever says the above in the morning, Allah will forgive the sins he commits in that day; and whoever says it in the evening, Allah will forgive the sins he commits in that night. (Abu Dawud 5078
انس بی مالک رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص صبح یا شام ایک بار یہ کلمہ پڑھے اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے چوتھائی حصے کو جہنم کی آگ سے آزاد کر دیتا ہے۔ اگر وہ دو بار پڑھے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے آدھے کو جہنم کی آگ سے آزاد کر دیتا ہے۔ اگر وہ تین بار پڑھے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے تین چوتھائی کو جہنم کی آگ سے آزاد کر دیتا ہے۔ اور اگر چار مرتبہ پڑھے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اسے جہنم کی آگ سے بالکل آزاد کر دیتا ہے۔ (ابو داؤد 5069) انس بن. مالک رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص صبح کے وقت یہ کلمہ پڑھے گا، اللہ تعالیٰ اس دن کے گناہوں کو معاف کر دے گا۔ اور جو شخص شام کو پڑھے گا اللہ تعالیٰ اس رات کے گناہوں کو بخش دے گا۔ (ابوداؤد 5078
