Protection From All Harm

Khawla bint Hakīm Sulamiyya (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhā) narrates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever stops at a stopping place and then says [the above], nothing shall harm him until he sets off again from that place.” (Muslim 2708)Abū Hurayrah (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhu) narrates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever recites [the above] three times in the evening will not be harmed by insect stings in that night.”Suhayl (a narrator) said: “So our family used to learn it and they used to say it every night. A girl among them was stung, and she did not feel any pain.” (Tirmidhī 3604)

خولہ بنت حکیم سلمیہ رضی اللہ عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو شخص کسی ٹھہرنے والی جگہ پر رکے اور پھر یہ کہے تو اسے کوئی چیز نقصان نہیں دے گی جب تک کہ وہ اس جگہ سے واپس نہ چلا جائے۔ (مسلم 2708) ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو شخص شام کو تین مرتبہ پڑھے گا اسے اس رات کیڑے کے ڈنک سے کوئی نقصان نہیں پہنچے گا“ سہیل (راوی) نے کہا: ”پس ہمارے گھر والے یہ کہتے تھے اور ہر رات لڑکی کو یہ پڑھا کرتے تھے، اور وہ ہر رات یہ محسوس نہیں کرتے تھے۔ درد." (ترمذی 3604)
