Bismillāh * A‘ūdhu billāhi wa qudratihi min sharri mā ajidu wa uḥādhiru.
In the name of Allah ،I seek refuge in Allah and His Power from the evil that I find and that I fear
اپنا ہاتھ درد والی جگه پر رکھیں اور پڑھیں: الله کے نام کے ساتھ (3 بار)میں الله تعالیٰ اور اس کی قدرت کی پناه چاہتا ہوں، اس چیز کے شر سے جس کو میں پاتا ہوں اور جس سے میں ڈرتا ہوں (7 بار)
حضرت عثمان بن ابو العاص ثقفی رضی الله عنه سے روایت ہے که انہوں نے رسول الله صلی الله علیه وسلم سے درد کی شکایت کی که جب سے وه مسلمان ہوئے ہیں، پورے جسم میں درد رہتا ہے۔ تو رسول الله صلی الله علیه وسلم نے ان سے فرمایا: تم اپنا ہاتھ درد کی جگه پر رکھو اور تین بار بِسْمِ اللهِ کہو اس کے بعد سات بار یه کہو اَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ وَ قُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا اَجِدُ وَ اُحَاذِرُ الله کے نام کے ساتھ۔ میں الله تعالیٰ اور اس کی قدرت کی پناه چاہتا ہوں، اس چیز کے شر سے جس کو میں پاتا ہوں اور جس سے میں ڈرتا ہوں۔ (صحیح مسلم: 5737)
